CREATIVE DIRECTOR
- We are looking for an experienced, charismatic Creative Director to set the standard of excellence and drive the vision for TippingSprung’s creative and design services.
- Play a leading role in growing accounts and expanding opportunities with existing clients.
- Work with the strategy team to develop insightful strategic solutions for clients.
- Present and sell concepts to clients engagingly and compellingly.
- Mentor team of designers and help build career paths.
- Successful candidate will be an extremely talented designer with a BFA in
graphic design or equivalent, and 6-8 years of brand identity and management
experience. Preferably with expertise in corporate identity, B2B branding,
online and interactive.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to assist in sales process highly
desirable.
BRAND STRATEGIST
- Play a lead role in developing deliverables, including competitive landscape, communications audit, brand platform development, and brand architecture.
- Work with our creative team to translate the brand platform into design deliverables.
- Participate in new business pitches and client presentations.
- Be a key contributor in ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prerequisites: bachelor degree (advanced degree preferred) with 2-5 years of experience in branding, design, marketing communications, consulting, or interactive.
- Successful candidate will have excellent verbal, written, and presentation
skills.
- Must be able to: work independently and in a team; adhere to multiple deadlines under pressure; and stay current with business trends, technology and design.
- Meaningful sales experience is highly desirable.
LICENSING ASSOCIATE
- Support all aspects of the company’s licensing sales efforts including: managing sales database; lead management and follow-up; coordinating and assisting in preparing sales materials; coordinating solicitations; trafficking incoming sales calls; category market research.
- Successful applicants should be high-energy and ambitious, with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate will have a
bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
- Successful applicant must have excellent phone and research skills, good writing skills, and strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Database experience a strong plus.
- This is a full- or part-time contract position, potentially leading to a full-time position.
BRANDING AND LICENSING INTERNSHIPS
- Available for promising candidates, whether currently in school or with some experience
- Great opportunity to get a foot in the door, and learn branding from some of the best in the business
- Successful applicants should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, with strong people and computer skills

PROJECT MANAGER
- Manage all aspects of projects, from planning through to deliverables and post-delivery follow-up. Includes timelines, resource management, quality-control, and project finances.
- Manage projects in multiple disciplines (e.g., branding, licensing, nonprofit, translation).
- Assist in aspects of project production (e.g., writing, proofing, formatting, supplier recruitment, interviewing) as appropriate.
- Bachelor degree and 1-2 years minimum of relevant work experience required, along with excellent organizational, multitasking, managerial, and communication skills.
TRANSLATION INTERN
